Requirements for Texas Drivers Education Online
In order to complete your Texas Drivers Ed online, you must be at least 14 years old. Our course is approved by the Texas DPS to meet the 32-hour state requirement and help you earn your driving permit quickly and easily!
Through 8 subject-based units, you'll work through the material at your own pace and around your own schedule. The course covers the essential Texas traffic laws and driving procedures, and deals with such topics as:
- Night driving
- Driving in various weather
- Road signs and signals
- Defensive driving techniques
- Freeway driving
- Merging and lane changing
- Hazard prevention methods
With videos to watch and interactive animations to guide you, you'll learn all of this faster and more easily, instead of flipping through pages of a textbook. Once you've completed each chapter and unit quiz, you'll take your final exam which allows UNLIMTED retakes!
